80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

The Maison du Flaneur is located in the old town of Chioggia, near the vaporetto to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it's only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located just steps from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor you can find the Hall and the bike depot. The accommodations are equipped with many amenities, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
