We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Enjoy a reserved parking space right outside the door. Private patio too. Need anything? we live a block away 👍🏼

Bright, spacious guest house near one-mile park

Enjoy a stylish getaway at this quiet, spacious, centrally-located studio guesthouse! Located within a short walk of Chico's One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Very fast WiFi. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

Dual rain shower heads in a MASSIVE walk in shower, plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Don’t forget the POOL, perfect for cooling off after one of Chico’s many summer events! SO charming!

A truly wonderful location! The perfect balance of modern-day comforts and proximity to the great outdoors. This is a clean, relaxing, and comfortable private suite with a luxurious bathroom and an abundance of nearby activities. The space has its own entrance and outdoor patio complete with a custom waterfall, and is steps from beautiful Wildwood Park located at the edge of both Upper and Lower Bidwell Park, where you can spend time hiking, swimming, biking, or watching a beautiful sunset.

West Avenues Hideaway. Quiet, spacious, & kitchen

Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.
