Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

We offer our apartment ideally located in the heart of the tourist village of Evian-les-Bains and in the heart of the historic castle of Fonbonne. Guests can enjoy its outdoor space to eat in peace, its two bedrooms, and its kitchen that opens to the living room.
