Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Ground floor: kitchen-dining room (25 m², terracotta tiles), living room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub and 1 toilet with hand basin. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (from 9 to 40 m2, parquet floors), 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet. Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This old farmhouse, renovated while keeping the attributes of a 19th century farmhouse, has the comforts of the 20th century. An attached garage.

Nice farmhouse full of charm in the heart of Burgundy, between the vineyards of Chablis and Beaune, at the gates of Champagne. Built in 1816, 2 km from the Seine, it seduces lovers of nature and calm that is to be respected(fishing,hikes in the heart of the natural park,cellars to visit...). Exposed stones, beams, lime walls, fireplace.... cozy atmosphere to rest. Among the 7 O inhabitants of the village, producers of local products (cheese, sheep, pigs, vegetables...)
