This is an old house in a quiet wooded area but close enough to county town of Taunton to access trains, motorway, county cricket, restaurants and wonderful hill walking or biking.
“We stayed here to attend a wedding at Hestercombe Gardens which is about 4 minutes away by car...perfect. We received a very warm welcome from Denise who made us feel very at home in her beautiful house! Denise was happy to let us have use of her lounge and kitchen to make hot drinks, in addition tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. Little touches like a small vase of flowers on the dressing table made us smile. On check-out Denise gave us some much appreciated homegrown produce. Thank you for a very wonderful stay Denise 😊”

“Just what we needed for a visit to Taunton. Within walking distance to town. Plenty of supermarkets nearby for self catering, everything you need to make your own food. Orange juice, milk, bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and jams were all provided for us. Gill was lovely and around if we needed her but we never did. Beautiful garden too!”
