Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Stunning lake views and the most amazing sunsets make this retreat perfect for family getaways or romantic escapes. We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, nearby restaurants, shops and a winery (across the street). Your Sawmill Bay Getaway awaits!

Welcome to the Lake getaway on Point Salubrious, where you'll have plenty to do with all the activities the property offers between fishing, biking along the lake, campfires, hiking trails, kites, a huge grass field out the back door for any sporting games and an awesome pier complimented with an oversized lake patio. You'll have private access to the patio as well as the pier for fishing, swimming and sunbathing. Also, you can easily access all the attractions of the Thousand islands region!

Historic year round cottage located on Chaumont Bay just off of Lake Ontario in the beautiful North country! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1400 sq. foot historic cottage that is great any time of the year! Perfect for a fall weekend getaway, some winter ice fishing, or a relaxing summer escape. Home includes 75 feet of lakefront shoreline with direct lake access. Dock access available in summer months (June-Sept weather permitting). Feel free to bring your pup to enjoy the lake, too!

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Adirondack chairs are arranged on a green lawn overlooking the calm waters of Chaumont Bay. Two tall trees provide shade, while the expansive blue sky reflects in the water, creating a serene environment ideal for relaxing outdoors.
