House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The town of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Parking space. Ideal for a stopover or a vacation to discover the region.
