Idéalement placé, proche de transports en commun, a 2 min. à pied du métro et du bus. Proche de toutes commodités. Au 1er étage sans ascenseur, plein de lumière naturelle, donnant sur une petite cour très calme. Se compose d'un séjour, d'une chambre, d'une cuisine équipée semi-ouverte sur le salon, une salle de bain avec WC, une petite entrée.
