This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

"The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
