Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The unexpected

Hyper center , this charming house is ideally located in front of the lake, at the foot of the majestic castle and its restaurants. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room with its 2 seater sofa bed. Upstairs you will have a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed, dressing room and bathroom. Coffee, Tea and Spices are available. Large and quiet terrace. At the gates of the state forest of Compiègne, come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the many activities.

La Meulière De Guerlande - Disney 20 mins

In Seine-et-Marne in Lumigny, located in the private area of Guerlande, between field and forest, close to Parc des Félins, 5 minutes from all amenities, 20 km from Disneyland, 33 km from Provins and 50 km from Paris. This renovated atypical house, in meulières stones is independent, it will charm you within its 120 m². It can accommodate from 2 to 12 people (day and night). You will find calm and serenity for a guaranteed change of scenery at the gates of Paris.

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Caravan in paradise (small)

The sound of the water. The chirping of the birds. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue. Roulotte WA offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and Champagne Local at extra cost. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

"The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.
