Prices for a week in winter : 150 euros/person Prices for a week in summer: 100 euros/person. SOMMAND/PRAZ DE LYS (1500 - 2000 m): 15 min (downhill and cross-country skiing on the same site, groomed trails for snowshoeing, sledding and walking, quality ski lessons). Picnic room. If the weather is mild, possibility of snowshoeing from the house.

Situated in the village of Ayse (Haute Savoie) at an altitude of 500 m, it's at the crossroads of some superb places: Annecy, Geneva, Chamonix, Italy. Overlooking the village, it offers superb views of the valley and mountains. Enjoy breakfast in the eastern sunshine, lounge on the terrace and dine at sunset.
