I'm renting out my house while I'm away. There will therefore be personal belongings in the cupboards. It is ideally located not far from major roads and supermarkets. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are 30-40 minutes away by car. The first ski resorts are 30 minutes away. There are 2 other listings rented on Airbnb at the same address but totally independent. During school holidays, the accommodation is occupied by families. Everyone has their own space, the entrances are independent.
