This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Beautiful villa with pool.

Spacious villa in Ardèche, 5 minutes' drive to the village of Les Vans. 160 m2 to spend a wonderful vacation in a comfortable home. 3 bedrooms including a master suite, two bathrooms with shower, two separate toilets, a large living room of more than 55 m2 and a large partly covered terrace.
