For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Unsere 110 m² große, stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet höchsten Komfort. Der klimatisierte Wohn- und Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und TV sowie ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Gerne können wir auf Wunsch die Betten im Schlafzimmer 2 zusammen schieben. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist der Balkon mit Panoramablick, ideal zum Entspannen.

Mal Zeit zu zweit oder mit der Familie, für Verliebte, Ruhebedürftige und Naturliebhaber …einfach mal abschalten…das kann man wunderbar in der Ferienwohnung auf unserer kleinen Hofstelle im malerischen Bayerischen Wald. Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

In 5 min können Sie für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen gehen, einen Ausflug mit der Oberpfahlzbahn ist auch möglich. Die nächste größere Stadt Cham ist auch in nur 5 zu erreichen. Sie wollen wandern? Hier gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten ihre Wanderslust zu stillen. Regensburg, Straubing oder auch andere interessante Städte sind von hier aus gut erreichbar.

Sie suchen Ruhe und Erholung, dann ist die ruhig gelegene und moderne Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Sie bietet drei Schlafzimmer (je zwei Schlafplätze), eine offene Wohnküche, ein großzügiges Bad und ein separates WC. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen ein Babybett (2Stück immer vorhanden), Hochstuhl, Babybadewanne, Töpfchen, Toilettensitz, Spielebogen und co zur Verfügung. Vier Betten können einzeln oder als Doppelbett gestellt.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.
