Very comfortable and conveniently located 2-story, plus private penthouse loft. In total about 110m. Close to subanzes and Arias tower. Close to the airport and good access. Supermarkets, buses, and subways. Very lighted by natural light throughout the house. Penthouse terrace with barbecue and modular outdoor sofa with cushions The house is located in a quiet area. 30 minutes from the center by public transport, and 15 minutes by car or taxi. Very spacious work desk, tv and Internet. Ask anything!!
