Lovely, quiet studio just outside Nîmes. Ideal for visiting Nîmes and the surrounding area. Secure parking in residence. Streetcar bus 3 minutes' walk. 10 minutes from train station and city center (15-20 minutes on foot). It's on the 2nd floor, with elevator. The apartment has air conditioning, wifi (fiber) and a pleasant terrace. Locked bike room. It has a comfortable bed and a 120 cm sofa bed (for 1 or 2 children). Bed linen and towels are provided.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Very nice apartment in a winegrower's house.

This is an apartment with a living room ( kitchen, living room), a bedroom with a king-size bed that can be divided into two single beds and a large bathroom equipped for people with limited mobility. In the living room a modular sofa in a double bed, very comfortable. we can make available an umbrella bed or folding bed for children. A high chair is available too. A courtyard with pool (from May 15) and garden furniture area.

19 m2 studio consisting of a sleeping area with a comfortable bed and TV, a dining area with a microwave, kettle, dishes, fridge, then a walk-in shower, toilet, fan. Free parking in front of the Residence. There is no window... only one in the bathroom... but a glass door that you can leave open in the summer because it opens onto the garden. Sheets, dish towels and towels not provided. No stove but a microwave.
