A stone house with charm as a singer, contemporary and warm entirely on one level, you will be there in winter and summer, you will feel like you are on vacation with family or friends. You will be 5 min from the city center (line D is 50 meters away and vs leads to the Quinconces in 5 min), 4 beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms including a master suite, 3 toilets, 2 living rooms ,a 50 m2 kitchen, and a lingerie . New traditional wooden house suitable for family stays but also couple stays, give because of its location, a central point to visit Bordeaux less than 20 minutes away as well as vineyards such as St Emilion, Sauternes, Blaye Côte de Bourg, etc. Located 5 minutes from a large shopping center while maintaining its bucolic aspect. Ideal for weddings at Château Lafitte, 700m from the house, which can give the opportunity to walk through the vines to get back.
