My accommodation is close to the golden triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), the Mériadeck shopping centre, line A of the tram (train station-airport), bike stations... Our accommodation is located in a quiet area. It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will like it! Your accommodation is suitable for business travellers, a couple with 1 child max or 3 adults without children. It is classified as a 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

Located on the ground floor, it has a private terrace, a sofa bed with a real mattress, an equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Access through a garage. Not the most glamorous but independent access! 5 min walk to the "Courbet" tram and shops. Bordeaux Park just opposite. Bus stop 23 is at the foot of the residence. Equipped with recent air conditioning!

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. Quiet two-room apartment located in a secure residence. Kitchen opens to living room (sofa bed), separate bedroom, and terrace. Located next to bus stop 16, you will be in the city center in 15 minutes! A pharmacy and bakery are on the street and an Intermarché is a 15-minute walk away. Located on the beach road, you can access the ocean in 45 minutes. NB: a cat living daily in the apartment, there may be hairs in places... Allergy sufferers beware!

The apartment is located in the center of the Caudéran district, a quiet residential area, close to many shops (supermarket, bakery, en primeur...) and a 10-minute walk from Parc Bordelais. It is very well connected by public transport. You can reach the center of Bordeaux in 10 minutes (lines 2 and 3 at 100m) and Gare Saint Jean in 25 minutes (line G at 300m). Free secure parking is available in the residence as well as bike hoops.
