Small quiet house close to the city center

Independent 40 m2 studio. Located in the garden, attached to the main house. Close to the city center, 5 minutes from tram A (direct to the center) and bus 9 (direct to St Jean station). Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it does not overlook the street but overlooks a beautiful flower garden! There is no kitchen but there is coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

This very comfortable property offers you an entrance, a large bright living room, an extensive equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor, 2 shower rooms, bathroom, a pantry ( washing machine/ dryer). Welcome garden with parking, beautiful landscaped garden with secure pool on the back.
