Pleasant ground floor studio in the center of Valkenburg for rent. The studio is located at the foot of Daalhemerweg, close to the ruins and just a short walk from the Cauberg. In the neighborhood you will find many nice restaurants and terraces. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a storage space for bikes. Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person vacation home. With a private garden, heating, wood-burning stove and two bathrooms. The area around the house is very suitable for people who love hiking. For example, our farm is located on a stage of the Pieterpad. There is also plenty of challenge by bicycle, in addition to a lot of natural beauty, for example, the city center of Maastricht and Valkenburg are accessible by bicycle.

Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place.
