A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. 20 minutes from Montpellier, beaches, Pic Saint-Loup and 25 minutes from Nîmes, 20 m2 studio with a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed. Independent and isolated entrance, in a very nice neighborhood of Castries surrounded by oaks, pines and olive trees. Many walks from the apartment to discover the 17th century aqueduct that winds between Mediterranean vineyards and Camargue bulls. Secure parking, private terrace and many amenities.
