Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. My accommodation is in a private courtyard, very close to the square of Cordenons. The bus stop that leads to the center of Pordenone and to the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet connection and Netflix. Independent entrance. Arranged on one floor, there are no stairs. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleaning of the premises. I do makeup for evenings and special occasions.

Ideal independent house in the center of Roveredo in Piano. Great as a foothold for your vacation, comfortable and quiet. In less than an hour you can get to both Venice and the beautiful Dolomites. La Casetta is located 1 minute from the USAF base and 10 minutes from Pordenone and Aviano. It consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, large double bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Equipped with Wi-Fi, A/C, towels, washing machine, phone, TV, and private parking.

Renovated attic with independent entrance on the first floor of a single-family house with garden. It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a private bathroom, a laundry room, a large living room with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a microwave. The house is located in a quiet residential area near (150 m) a shopping center open 7 days a week and a road junction that facilitates connections in every direction.

The FLY apartment is located near the new Santa Maria degli Angeli Hospital. Completely renovated, it is equipped with many amenities such as parking, fiber Wi-Fi connection, air conditioners and access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+) with a large 65-inch TV in the living room, all available free of charge to those who stay there.
