Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

L'appartamento ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti è immerso nel verde della sona di S.Elena. Qui potrete rilassarvi, fare jogging e visitare in tutta tranquillità la Città più bella del mondo.

IMPORTANTE: la routine di pulizia è molto accurata e prevede l'igienizzazione di tutte le superfici e gli oggetti che vengono normalmente toccati dagli ospiti. L'appartamento è situato in una zona tipica e vivace, ricca di ristoranti, bar, negozi, ancora autentici e frequentati da veneziani. È vicino sia alla Stazione che al centro. Ristrutturato nel 2015, accogliente e confortevole.

A beautiful restored warehouse in classic venetian style directly on St Peter' s a quiet area frequented mostly by venetians. The bars, restaurants and good supermarket are 5 minutes away on foot. Piazza San Marco is about 20 minutes on foot. the area is one of the art and architecture Biennale. A corner of Venice as living as a once in a calm and real Venetian atmosphere.
