🌲 Chalet Monte Alago is the only house on the mountain, an isolated refuge immersed in the park, directly in the meadows at an altitude of about 1000 metres, surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature. In the winter months (January, February and March) snow is frequent: a real holiday in the snow made of silence, clean air and nature. There are no neighbours or noise here: just total privacy and direct contact with the mountains. Great for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

Inhabited since the dawn of time by a noble family, it is still today embellished by a marvelous and large garden with a breathtaking view of the imposing Rocca and the entire deep valley: this is our structure.

The accommodation is part of a villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travellers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHEN CORNER. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle and a hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
