At the centre of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find ourselves among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Villa Giò is a semi-detached farmhouse surrounded by greenery, equipped with a 14x6 meter fenced swimming pool. It offers a large veranda with tables and sofas, and a kitchen overlooking the pool. It is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, barbecue, two double bedrooms and a bathroom; on the first floor, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It guarantees privacy despite occasional renovations in the house next door. The living room is around the pool, ensuring tranquility.

The Ste & Key apartment is an accommodation located on the fourth floor in the city center and near Serravalle with two terraces overlooking Sant'Augusta on one side and the hills of Sant'Andrea on the other. It consists of a living room, separate kitchen complete with new appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven). It is equipped with glasses, cutlery, plates, pots, kettle and everything you need. The bathroom has a new washing machine. Sofa bed, table, smart TV, WiFi, air conditioner and mosquito nets.

Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey.
