Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.

Hampstead Retreat

Our place is close to golf, beaches, and the intracoastal waterway. We have great accommodations for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and military personnel. We are 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the city of Wilmington, and 30 minutes from Jacksonville depending on traffic.
