Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

The studio is located on the second floor, accessed by an entrance hall with a slightly steep staircase. The accommodation is new, equipped with a 140/190 bed, equipped kitchen, TV and bathroom. Ideal for 2 people, wanting to visit our beautiful region. Bed linen and bath towels are provided in the rental.
