Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 10 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries.

Cozy Seaside cottage conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood in Seaside. Our slice by the sea is close to the beach, Monterey fairgrounds, Laguna Seca Raceway and more! Enjoy a quiet stay in Monterey bay with a private driveway and patio area as well as a full laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. New carpet and a recently renovated bathroom are an added plus! Walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and local restaurants. Perfect retreat for a couple or just you!

Carmel Guesthouse. Perfect.

Our peaceful treehouse is the ideal spot to relax while staying in beautiful Carmel. It is close to everything : white sand beaches, downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, the Carmel Mission...Carmel Valley, Monterey and beautiful Big Sur.... Also short walk to 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS (just far enough away so we don't hear the noise). We are unable to host assistance animals due to being highly allergic to pet dander and this causes my immune system to be compromised.

Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. The house is airy and light-filled, with large windows and french doors opening out to the garden that shelters the house on all sides. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

There is no accessibility between the main house and the suite. We are located in a country setting, but just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea or Monterey. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy the fresh air, and the sunlight through the beautiful oaks.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
