The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Ideal for exploring inland Brittany with its rich architectural and natural heritage, or the Crozon peninsula. Small house with terrace, courtyard and small garden in a quiet hamlet of 4 houses.
