Renovated Breton house with stunning sea views

Welcome to Roz Avel, a Breton house built in 1904 above the water in the descent of the Kelenn with stunning views of the Bay of Morlaix, located about ten meters from the Kelenn beach and 200 m from the city center (church square). Roz Avel was completely renovated in 2017 to accommodate 16 people: 12 adults & 4 children:6 bedrooms including 3 with sea balcony, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 25m² terrace on the sea and a 700m² garden.

Exceptional sea view villa private beach access

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

Exceptional home • Sea view & beach access

Welcome to our home Ideally located on the Port of Carantec, with the sea at the end of the garden and a private staircase that goes down to the beach directly on the GR 34, enjoy this superb 100 m2 house, bright, comfortable and refined, rated 4* by the French Tourist Office, for your weekends or your holidays! Dependency in a wooded garden

Within Carantec, the Camellia House is composed of a main house and its outbuilding with a very nice garden where you can relax. The garden is shared by both accommodations. The outbuilding is composed of a living room with an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. The outside allows you to eat and relax on the terrace (garden table, deckchair, barbecue). During your stay, you can do anything on foot!
