Our cosy stone cottage (suitable for 2 people) is ideally located in a quiet area in the countryside, in between vegetable fields, on old farm grounds - 4 min drive to Cléder and 7 min to Plouescat, 8 min to beaches including the breathtaking Les Amiets. The must-see old towns of Saint-Pol and Roscoff are also nearby, as well as Morlaix, Châteaux and the medieval site of Meneham.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The large, covered terrace allows for a pleasant outdoor stay overlooking the water of the Riviere de Morlaix even in not so perfect weather, where the tide change typical of Brittany can be easily observed.

The apartment is self-contained and integrated into the owners' house.
