The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, which are very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a swimming pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Cota Quinta - Monolocale Superior

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, direttamente sul mare a picco sulla scogliera per i veri amanti della pace e della tranquillità, ma non per tutti. Alla Cota Quinta si accede tramite una stradina stretta e in salita ma sufficentemente larga per una macchina e per un furgone per gli autisiti più temerari. Una volta arrivati al parcheggio ci sono almeno 50 gardini per raggiungere gli appartamenti da cui si può accedere direttamente al mare per un tuffo dagli scogli.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

The house is located 40 feet from the waters of Punta delle Ripalte, the southernmost tip of the Elba island, very appreciated by divers due to its rich marine fauna! To reach the sea and dive from the rocks you simply need to walk down a brief trail.
