The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
