La casa è a 4 minuti dal mare. La bellissima spiaggia di Rimigliano è vicinissima e a pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il Golfo di Baratti. Molte attrazioni in zona: borghi medievali (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), parchi divertimenti, le terme Calidario, il parco acquatico di Cecina. La casa è una bifamiliare e, con il suo ampio giardino privato, è un oasi di relax, è possibile mangiare all’esterno. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
