Enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day. From us are: 11 km nach Sindelfingen (Mercedes-Benz AG) 10 km nach Renningen (Robert Bosch GmbH) 36 km nach Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz AG, Schleyerhalle, Porsche Arena) The S-Bahn connection in Weil der Stadt (6 km) can be reached by bus, in Magstadt (6 km) by car (free parking)

Charming living with lake view

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).

At home in the Black Forest - not far from Stuttgart

Very nice and newly renovated granny apartment for 1-2 people. Private and separate entrance. Garden and parking space. For holidays in the Black Forest (right at your doorstep with very nice hiking trails and excursion destinations, very nice outdoor swimming pool within walking distance in 10 minutes) or for commuters etc. also suitable for long-term (conditions by arrangement) as a "long stay."

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. A sunny balcony completes the simple description. From here you can watch your children in the opposite playground. Activities can be done in all directions. The apartment is also very suitable for students. Bus connections work very well.
