Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. The private garden is a highlight, with 2 comfortable loungers and a lounge sofa.
