The house is located on the Ligurian heights in the Municipality of Osiglia. It is in the countryside in a quiet village. It's independent, on two levels. On the ground floor are the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, climbing a staircase with stone steps, leads to the bedrooms separated by a living room.
