Indipendent apartament with two floors in Levanto

News: FREE PARKING PASS. My house is cozy, familiar and furnished in a modern style and 4 minutes drive from the centre with the car. There is a wonderful view and beautiful panoramic views. You will find quiet, two sun loungers and a table in the garden to enjoy the tranquility of the place. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families and for business travelers. There is a parking for 2 cars and i will give you a PASS that allow you to park without paying in the streets of the centre.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Entrance with a living room equipped with a TV, a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half; a kitchen with an electric oven and a dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a single bed. Outside there is a garden with table for outdoor dining.
