Ha un’ampia cucina, un soggiorno, 2 bagni ed è dotata di 3 camere da letto doppie, che sono state arredate con due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).

Stessa cosa per la famosa Terrazza Mascagni che è poco distante. L'alloggio è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Ambiente molto luminoso, climatizzatori, lavatrice, WI-FI, televisione + console.
