The apartment, which also includes an underground parking space, is on the second floor of an apartment building. The lift takes you from the underground car park almost to the apartment door, which is very practical, especially for larger purchases. In general, a TG parking space in this central location is very valuable.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
