Otherwise it is always fine as a plunge pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for the sauna, music streaming and a Netflix subscription, 2 fridges with a freezer compartment. Nespresso cup machine. This holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful villages in South Limburg, at the foot of the Bemelerberg. An ideal place to start hiking, biking or golfing. Within walking distance are various venues with beautiful terraces, where you can literally taste and experience the Burgundian life. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Liège are easily accessible. Possibility for creative workshops such as pottery and Limburg pie baking. From Sept. 26 with an outdoor terrace in our backyard.

Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Het Punthuisje is a boutique A-frame cabin with a luxurious private wellness area, located in a green setting. The emphasis is on natural materials. Ideal for a romantic stay or a last-minute escape from the hustle and bustle in nature at Park Sonnevijver in Rekem (B) with endless hiking and cycling trails in the National Park, 10 minutes from Maastricht.

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.
