AppartementNatuur is a luxurious, design, detached, wellness-oriented holiday home with wood-fired private sauna, 2 showers, fireplace, 12-metre swimming pool (nice and warm from mid-May to October if the weather allows it). Otherwise it is always fine as a plunge pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for the sauna, music streaming and a Netflix subscription, 2 fridges with a freezer compartment. Nespresso cup machine. Fun fact: this holiday home was featured on the programme 'BinnensteBuiten'. We have official rental license!

This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. This holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful villages in South Limburg, at the foot of the Bemelerberg. An ideal place to start hiking, biking or golfing. Within walking distance are various venues with beautiful terraces, where you can literally taste and experience the Burgundian life. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Liège are easily accessible. Possibility for creative workshops such as pottery and Limburg pie baking. From Sept. 26 with an outdoor terrace in our backyard.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

"Hoeve de Bies" beautiful accommodation with breakfast

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.

This beautiful house, completely renovated (July 2025), with 2 spacious bedrooms, luxury bathroom, cozy living room with open kitchen and garden is located on the main road from Maastricht to Cadier and Keer with Golf course the Kingdom of Margraten in the backyard just 5 minutes from Maastricht Center. Perfect for families with children, a group of friends and of course for the golfers among us, the accommodation is adjacent to the fantastic golf course.
