Relax in this special and quiet space. This beautiful little cottage is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, permanently fenced property (about 1500 sqm), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. From the kitchen table and from the bed you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even during colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which serve as the only heating system. If you want to keep it warm, you have to start a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker and dishes / pots.
