Quaint, modern fisherman’s cottage close to beach

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

The Mediaeval North West Tower sits over 3 floors, with kitchen and lounge area on the top floor, it has two bedrooms, one double room on the second floor and a single bedroom on the ground floor, both with shower ensuites, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The cost is £125 per night for up to 4 guests if using the sofa bed or a put me up bed. Please note that any extra guests would also need to use the ensuite facilities. Two minute walk from railway station, 10 mins from the seafront.
