Ce lieu préservé est idéal pour se ressourcer, profiter du silence et admirer les vastes panoramas sur la plaine du Saintois. Un véritable havre de paix, entre patrimoine, paysages et déconnexion totale.

A Joinville, proche du centre-ville, maison de 70 m². Au rez de chaussée vous trouverez un séjour avec un canapé convertible en lit 2 places, une cuisine tout équipée, ainsi qu’une charmante petite cour privative. A l’étage une première chambre avec 1 lit 160 x 200, une deuxième chambre avec 2 lits 80 x 200, une salle de bain avec grande douche, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Une serrure électronique vous permettra une arrivée autonome à tout moment.

cottage located in the heart of nature

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Chalet located in the middle of the fields, forest and near my breeding of ornamental poultry, rabbits and sheep. No electricity and water. This chalet is equipped with gas stoves, a cooler cabinet for which I provide ice packs, dry toilets, solar showers, a double bed, a sofa bed after the possibility of adding a mattress or a tent, a solar charger and lamps. If you come with your children, you can take care of the animals.

Countryside apartment

This charming apartment on the Way of Saint James and Joan of Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across the street. The entry is independent. You'll be very quiet there! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are at your doorstep.

Furnished accommodation of 55 m², consists of: - a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishes, vacuum cleaner...); - a living room: sofa bed, coffee table, TV, living room table and chairs; - a bathroom with washing machine, 1 vanity unit, shower; - a bedroom with bed, desk and closets, - and a toilet. Featuring a double garage with a charging point for electric vehicles, it provides easy access to the city centre and the famous Place Stanislas in around twenty minutes, thanks to the bus stop just a few metres away. An ideal base for a stay with family, friends or on a business trip.
