Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is available in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger shop in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
