River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

The house can comfortably sleep ten guests with linens provided, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, game room, dedicated office space with high speed internet, screened in porch, and year-round hot tub! Outdoors enjoy a basketball hoop, fire table and a fire pit perfect for evening s’mores! The boathouse is ready with a tiki bar, floating dock, boat lifts, kayaks and a paddle board.

River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.
