During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

You will stay close to the beach (1.5 km) and the city center with nice restaurants. The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. You park for free (1 car). The use of 4 bicycles is included. From Noordwijk, you can easily reach Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem and The Hague.

Located on a residential area with a drawbridge, in the Groene Hart and yet centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and 7 km from Leiden. The residence consists of a complete and spacious house, with private entrance, a luxury kitchen and sheltered, green backyard. A wonderful base for cycling, walking and boating trips in the rural and water-rich area. Feel welcome!
