The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

S-train to Copenhagen 1.3 km away, there are 5 min to groceries + fishmonger, and 5 km to the art museum Arken. There is a large, bright living room, with access to the terrace and orangery, bedroom and two very large, lovely bedrooms/children's rooms. Delicious kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, guest toilet, office with bed, and laundry room. Bicycles are rented.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Annex adjacent to the house, but with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. One room with sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and television and one with kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded). Small toilet/bathroom with hand shower connected to the sink and drain in the floor. See picture.
