Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Bright and delicious home on 2 levels. The property is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is connected to Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fire pit. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brickwork museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mølle and Historiecenter "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensborg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room and a toilet with shower It is possible to pay for final cleaning, which costs DKK 250 or EUR 33, there is information about payment in the house.
