Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

Welcome to "Bristol Little House". Our private self contained space benefits from it's own private entrance and free street parking so you can come and go as you please. This charming space was newly built in July 2017. Make full use of our kitchen, spacious open living space and en-suite. Take advantage of Sky and Netflix on the flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. We are on the otherside of the garden - far enough for you to have your own space but close enough if you want a friendly chat.

A self-contained tranquil cottage in a private gated residence within a quiet hamlet bordering Tortworth Estate fields and beautiful views. Sensational country walks and cycling straight from the property, but only 3 minutes from the M5 for maximum accessibility to the local areas of Bath, Bristol, Chepstow and Gloucester. Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells.
