An independent bedroom with TV as well, bedding in 160, Dressing Room, Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Balcony for outdoor dining. Your parking space is secured by a sliding gate.

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful place. Direct access to the Sierroz (river) allows you to reach the lake (10-min walk) or the supermarket (4 min). A bus stop 250 m away takes you to the city center and the spa. The accommodation includes a living room (kitchen + living room) a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. My wife Aurélie will also be happy to welcome you to her office for a wellness treatment (massages, reiki), to complete your stay.

Family home with private lake access

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Beautiful new apartment with lake view

Refurbished apartment with beautiful lake views. It is located in a superb residence classified as a historic monument, 150 meters from the city center and the Chevalley thermal baths. You have private, enclosed and free parking. Two balconies give you the opportunity to enjoy the calm of the gardens. On the other hand, I have a boat with a berth in the port for walking, swimming and wakeboarding if you are interested.

Bakery-pastry at 250 meters and a Vival at 800 meters in front of the village church. Sheets and towels provided: a discount of 15 euros is offered if you prefer to bring your linen.
